Welcome to "Company tax"!

This is a database of tax information built by PricewaterhouseCoopers SIA, to give users of this site an instant guide to the various taxes that affect companies.

Included in this database you will find the following categories:

• General information about various taxes in Latvia - Name the Tax!;
• Useful information relating to Latvian taxes and sometimes needed as reference during the process of tax compliance;
• International agreements relating to taxes, and including links to the content of all of Latvia’s double taxation treaties; and
• Other related legislation, consists of associated legislation which is relevant to tax compliance.
